It can help your body to feel better and to remove the alcohol faster! Let's speak about the cure for a hangover!
Firstly, what is a hungover exactly? This name is non-medical and describes the negative aspects following the consumption of alcohol (nausea, fatigue, vomiting, headache, concentration difficulties, general feeling of unease, irritability, sensibility to light, anxiety…). The real term is “Veisalgia” and it comes from Norwegian and mean “a discomfort succeeding the debauchery”.
It is due to hormonal modifications, liberation of inflammatory molecules, dehydration, imbalance of the sugar rate in blood, stomach irritation and bad quality of sleep.
If you want to avoid a terrible hangover, during your party you can try to drink slowly and drink water to decrease the dehydration all night long between two alcohol glasses and drink 2 big glasses of water before sleeping. In the morning following your crazy dancing night, you have several solutions:
Firstly you can drink a ginger infusion, it is proven that is can decrease the nausea and the vomiting. You can incorporate honey into your infusion for the sugar which will increase the rate of glycemia as well as lemon, known for its benefits on digestion. For our best cure for a hangover, it is also recommended to eat eggs and asparagus which contain glutathione and alcohol dehydrogenase, useful to the elimination of the alcohol. To prevent nausea and avoid the aches you can drink coco water and energy drinks in order to increase your electrolytes rates. The alcohol lowers the blood sugar, it can provoke the sensation to be weak. An efficient remedy is the consumption of bread, rice, pasta or cereals. Another negative effect is the the decrease of the reserves of vitamins B which provokes anxiety, so you can take a multi-vitamins food complement. Mineral salts contained in tomato juice are also beneficial to get better. The next best cure for a hangover is the essential oil of peppermint which can also be very useful if you have a migraine, apply in 1 or 2 drops to the temples and rub slowly.
Contrary to some popular beliefs, drinking coffee is not a good idea. It is a diuretic product which dehydrates and worsens the hangover.
The best cure for a hangover which are the most efficient can vary from person to person, so you can try some of these and you will find the best adapted to yourself. Then, the best remedy is time so you should just take a break, sleep and time will help you to back on track!

Crazy, outrageous, and original yet highly elite. That is how one can best sum up this brilliant nightclub. Tonteria is a highly original and quaint addition to the elite circle of most exclusive clubs in London. Opened by Guy Pelly – a London socialite famous for his close ties with Prince William and Harry. Its aim of its establishment was to recreate the look and feel of an old Mexican Hacienda, yet present itself in a way that incorporates the class and elegance fitting for a high-end establishment in Sloane Square. It has done so with amazing grace. Stepping into the club, you immediately feel the fusion of Mexican cultural chic with Sloane Square sophistication brought on by the beautifully presented interior décor. Being an all-inclusive club, it offers the full Mexican experience and serves as a restaurant before the late hours, offering a full range of Mexican cuisine from tapas to full delicious meals. After this, the party gets going and the place is turned into a night club with a strong emphasis on the theatrical performers that gives the place a strong buzz of a “crazy party” done in a way that is both energetic and celebratory, yet simultaneously classy and stylish. To add to this, it has an equally impressive selection of drinks inspired by Mexican heritage including the Mayan Pyramid and the Tequila Slammer. Then if you are lucky enough to be seated in the VIP area you will be equally impressed and excited by how these are delivered to your table: on a miniature train! This is miniature train that choo-choos around the club delivering shots! If you’re up for a wild and crazy yet stylish and chic night out, Tonteria is the place.
The Top 20 Excuses For Flaking On A Club Booking
Here at Velvet PR we typically deal with hundreds of bookings every week and whilst the majority of our guests are fantastic and we enjoy looking after them time and again in the clubs we host, sadly there are always the guests who make our lives a bit of a nightmare. Troublesome guests can include those getting too drunk, being rude or not dressing according to the club’s requirements.
There is one particularly upsetting category of troublesome guests however, who we simply name 'Flakers’. Flakers are those who book in a big group of guests (often for a birthday) then cancel within mere hours (sometimes minutes) of the event taking place after having planned for days on end their night out to minute detail.
In celebration of these flakers who we have grown so fond of, we have compiled a top 20 list of the best excuses we have been presented with to explain the cancellation. Whether the excuse is valid or a porky pie remains a mystery, but we have helpfully accompanied each of the 20 excuses with it’s own lie-o-meter (which works on a scale of 1-3 with 1 being almost certainly true and 3 being a Double Whopper with extra bacon and cheese!). Also, for your reference we've helpfully added a frequency of use scale so you can see just how often we get offered each of the following (again on a 1-3 scale with 1 being low and 3 being so common they probably have it saved as a shortcut on their phone for easy access!).
So here we present our ultimate list of the top 20 excuses for flaking on a booking. Whether you are reading this simply for your amusement or as a how-to guide on some of the best cop-outs you can have at your disposal next time you are in urgent need of a get-out-of-jail-free card, we hope you will enjoy the fruits of our research, and don’t feel afraid to refer someone to this next time you hear one of these infamous lines. We certainly will be!

One night out is of course not enough for Rihanna, so she went out with her old flame Drake four days in a row:
29/06 Nicole Scherzinger's birthday at Tape
The first night they went out for celebrating the birthday of Nicole Scherzinger in the high end club Tape. Nicole turned 38 on the 29th of June and was first enjoying dinner in the Mayfair restaurant 34 and after this she was celebrating until 5:30 am in the club Tape. She was wearing a pink crop top, black high-waisted trousers and black high heels. Her curly hair was hanging around her shoulder and she was wearing pink lipstick which suits to her top. She doesn’t look like 38 at all, right? Rihanna and Drake were celebrating together with Nicole, but left a little later at 6 am. Rihanna was nearly stealing the X-factor star the show with her pink cut-out dress and the silver high heels. Drake was dressed more casual with a sported red jacket and denim jeans.
29/06 Tramp
In the following night they went out to the club Tramp, where they stayed until 5 am. Drake was wearing light trousers, a black leather jacket and timberlands. Rihanna looked beautiful with her black dress and the rainbow high heels. One source told E! News that they are not back together and just hooking up.
30/06 Chiltern Firehouse
In the third night they went to have dinner at Chiltern Firehouse and were spotted on heading back to the same hotel together. RiRi was wearing a grey skirt with a suitable jacket and just a pink bra underneath. Drake was wearing the same leather jacket like the night before and some black trousers.
